Submission Guidelines

Full Paper & Publication

Accepted full papers will be invited to be published into the conference proceedings, the authors will be invited to give an oral / poster presentation.
Regular papers should have at least 8-10 pages, extra page will be charged at 40USD per page.
Official language is English. Please prepare your manuscript properly.

Accepted abstracts will be invited to give an oral / poster presentation without being published into the proceedings.

Important Dates

Submission for organized sessions and contributed sessions:September 10th, 2023
Notification for accepted papers/abstracts: September 30th, 2023
Registration: October 20th, 2023
A submitted talk will not appear on the program of ICMLSC 2024 unless the speaker’s registration is completed by October 20th, 2023.

Paper Presentation Guidelines

A total of 15 minutes has been allocated for each paper presentation, including time for questions.
Session chairs will strictly enforce this limit. Presenters are requested to keep their presentation within the time limits stated.
Presentations must be carried out using either Microsoft Power Point or Overhead Projector (OHP). No slide projector will be provided.
For presenters using Microsoft Power Point, they are encouraged to bring their files on a CD-ROM or USB flash drive (thumb drive) and upload their file before session starts directly onto the laptop or desktop computer.
Presenters may also use their own laptops if their presentations require special software or code.

Policy on Multiple Submissions

Reject or delete the article from the final publications.
Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”.
