Presentation Guideline

Standard Oral Presentation

Papers will be scheduled at 15-minute intervals including 2 minutes for Q&A. It is critical to stay on schedule since participants should have the possibility to go between parallel sessions.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the session.

Laptop and A/V equipment will be set up in room by the conference before the session.

Please Copy the presentation file to conference laptop before session starts.

Oral Flash + Poster

Presenters shall prepare printed posters and bring to conference site. The maximum poster size requested is A0 FORMAT (84 cm × 119 cm – W x H) in portrait format.

Papers will be scheduled at 5-minute intervals for oral flash including 1 minute for transition between speakers.

After the Oral Flash session, presenters can discuss the works they presented.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the session.

Presentation Type Arrangement

At the review stage, the Program Committee will decide on the presentation type to ensure the continuity of the conference program. The author will be informed of this around one month before the conference date for a better preparation.
